Bethany Daycare & Preschool provides each family with an itemized statement of account. This statement will provide you with the required information to assist you in claiming the appropriate childcare/dependent expenses on your tax forms. The Tax ID number is assigned to Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church.

A courtesy copy is always available before January 31 of each year.
